Share-it You can purchase Bitrix products via the Share*it! online payment system which offers a variety of payment options: MasterCard, Visa, EuroCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB, Wire Transfers, or PayPal.

Share*it! uses the highest level of encryption throughout the entire account setup and ordering process. You can rest assured that your information will be secure during transmission, processing, and storage. Credit card processing is handled by Wells Fargo, one of the largest and most trusted financial institutions.

  • How to apply a discount coupon code?
    1. Login (or register) at www.bitrixsoft.com, then proceed to online store: www.bitrixsoft.com/buy/
    2. Add the needed items into your Shopping Cart (you can access your Shopping Cart to see if you've already added certain products using the following link: www.bitrixsoft.com/personal/cart.php)
    3. Having added the products into your Shopping Cart, adjust the quantity of each item. Click the "Refresh" button to apply the changes
    4. If you have a discount coupon, insert the discount coupon code into the appropriate field, then click "Apply Coupon"
    5. Click the "Check Out" button to create your new order. Follow the instructions of the Purchase Wizard
    6. To finalize your order, please click the "Pay Order" button to proceed with the payment procedure at www.share-it.com
    7. After your payment is approved and accepted, we’ll send an order confirmation to your email address

    How can I order?
    Step 1. Log in at www.bitrixsoft.com or register and log in if you are a new user:

    Step 2. Go to the Store:

    Step 3. Choose the product you need and click “buy”.

    Step 4. On the “My shopping cart” page, you can change the quantity of the items you are ordering, delete the order and enter a discount coupon if applicable.

    Click “Refresh” to update the information if you made any changes to your order.

    Step 5. Click the “Check out” button to continue the order process or follow the “Continue shopping” link to make additional purchases.

    Step 6. After clicking “Check out”, the “New order” page opens. Enter your login and password or your name and e-mail and click “Continue ordering”.

    Step 7. You will now be on the “New order” page. Your order has been successfully created at www.bitrixsoft.com. BUT, to pay the order, you must press “Pay order”, and you will be re-directed to the Share-it! website to make the payment.

    Step 8. On the Share-it! site, enter your name, e-mail, address, telephone number, and set a login and password that you will use to authorize at www.share-it.com. Select a payment method and click “Next” to make the payment.

    If you choose an online payment option, you will be taken to a payment gateway to carry out the process of authorizing your payment. If you select any of the offline payment options, you will have to fill in a special form to provide payment details. Please follow all the steps provided so that your payment process is completed.

    Please note that orders are executed only after the payment is completed.

    How to proceed if I did not reach the Share-it! website?
    1. Go to "My account" (the right top corner of www.bitrixsoft.com);
    2. Choose the order you would like to proceed with in "My Orders";
    3. Click “Details” in the “Action” column;
    4. Press “Pay order” in the “Payment and shipping” section;
    5. Follow the steps of the order process on the Share-it! website.

    What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
    For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

    What will happen after I place my order?
    You will immediately receive confirmation of the transaction after entering your order online. You will also receive confirmation by email. The confirmation contains all of your order information, including your invoice or receipt.

    If you selected the credit/debit card or online wire transfer payment option during the order process, your product will be delivered in within 24 hours, often within 1 hour, depending on reception of verification from Share-it!.

    If you selected a different payment type, you will receive detailed information with your order confirmation on how to make your payment. You will receive your product after payment has been received.

    If you fail to receive a confirmation after submitting your order, please contact our customer service team.

    How can I obtain a written quote?
    Our customer service is happy to send you a quote upon request. Prices noted in the offer are non-binding and may be subject to currency fluctuations. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

    What is my order status?
    To view your orders, please visit your personal section on our site. Login and go to “My account” section at the right top corner of www.bitrixsoft.com.

    By default, undelivered orders are displayed. To see all your orders, choose “Yes” in the “Including delivered” field of the filter and click “Set”.

    When will my credit card be charged?
    Your credit card will be charged the same day that your purchase is placed.

    How will the charge appear on my credit card?
    The charge will appear on your credit card as the name of the product you have purchased.

    Do I have to pay sales tax?
    No, you don’t have to pay sales tax for an electronically delivered product.

    How is VAT calculated?
    As of July 1st, 2003, we collect VAT from all EU consumers who do not have a valid VAT ID for electronically delivered products. We collect this VAT and pay it directly to the relevant national authorities.

    Why are you not accepting my credit card?
    When the message "Credit card was declined" appears while processing an order it means that your credit card bank has declined the transaction. Usually a quick call to your credit card bank's customer service will clear this up. If problems persist, please use the offline options to have the order processed.

    Is purchasing from Bitrix a one-time fee, a monthly fee, or a yearly fee?
    Bitrix Commercial product version includes lifetime license and 1 year of free technical support and updates. There is no obligation to renew your subscription. The renewal extends technical support and updates subscription for an additional year.

    Early Renewal:
    • 22% of the product price
    • must be ordered within 1 month after the expiration date
    • updates period is extended for one year after the expiration date
    Late Renewal:
    • 60% of the product price
    • can be ordered whenever you want after the expiration date
    • updates period is extended for one year after the renewal purchase date

    What do I do if I closed my browser before printing the invoice?
    You will receive the receipt you saw online in your email shortly after your order. It may take up to 30 minutes or more depending on your ISP's mail servers. Please keep this email for your records!

    Will I receive a disk/CD after my order?
    Bitrix delivers all of the products in electronic form only.

    Can I use a purchase order?
    Purchase Orders are a means of paying for products on credit (i.e. first receiving the goods and paying later). This method is usually used by larger corporations, the way it works is as follows:

    * Request a Quote or Proforma Invoice from Share-it!Share-it!
    * Fax Share-it! your PO
    * Share-it! enters your PO into the Share-it! system, where it awaits Bitrix approval
    * Once the PO is approved, the order is processed and the product delivered
    * You will receive an invoice from us with instructions on how to send payment
