By default, copuons for additional users include subscription for technical support and product updates for a one-year period. You may also purchase a user extension coupons with a two-year or three-year subscription option.

Bitrix Intranet: Technical Support and Product Updates Renewal Options

	Please do not forget to order subscription renewals for additional users bought for your copy of Bitrix Intranet, as well. Having ordered a renewal option for your product license, you need to order a renewal coupon for the exact number of additional intranet users (i.e. all additional intranet users exceeding 25 user profiles supplied with a standard license key). E.g. if your product license allows you to have 200 active intranet user profiles, that means you need to buy a renewal option for your product license plus you should also buy a renewal option for 175 additional user (25 users will have been renewed along with the product license). By default, each license of Bitrix Intranet includes a one-year subscription for technical support and product updates. After one year the subscription period expires, but the product itself remains fully functional. You can renew the technical support and product updates subscription for one additional year for only 22% of the product price if purchase is made within 30 days from the end of the previous subscription expiry date- the so called Early Subscription Renewal option.

Technical support and product updates renewals are available for ordering anytime later (after 30 days and more from the date of technical support and product update subscription expiration). In this case you will be able to order a Late Subscription Renewal option which costs 60% of the original product price.

Renewing technical support and product updates subscription is not mandatory. However, it enables you to receive all product updates and possible bug-fixes. Renewing subscription allows you to benefit from a number of advantages when requesting technical support through Bitrix HelpDesk that are only available to Bitrix users who have the status of a commercial client (please learn more details in the Bitrix Service Level Agreement).

Bitrix Intranet: Upgrade Options

As far as your business grows you can extend your website's capabilities by upgrading your Bitrix Intranet edition to the more functional one. The upgrade process is seamless, there is no need to reinstall Bitrix Intranet or other software - Bitrix Intranet is upgraded internally via the SiteUpdate system. The cost of the upgrade is the difference between your current Bitrix Intranet edition and the one you want to upgarde your product to.

To optimize the level of customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operations, Bitrix provides a free, 30-Day Trial Version of the product which is fully functional. We recommend that you to test the system features using the free trial version to make sure that the system works for you and to eliminate any possible refund requests. We believe this trial period is enough to test Bitrix Intranet in the chosen environment thoroughly and to carry out an informed decision concerning purchase of our software.

Bitrix Intranet products are non-refundable. We ask for your understanding that we cannot issue any refunds since a free 30-day trial version is provided, and since the commercial product version of the software is delivered with the full source code.
