The system administrator needs to configure the connection to Microsoft Exchange in the DAV module just once:
The login and password should be those of a user account which has access right to view and edit mailboxes of other users in Exchange.
In each user’s settings, the user’s email address in Exchange must be displayed if the Use Login As Exchange Server Mailbox Name is unchecked:
After the various synchronization parameters are configured, the personal calendar page will display that the calendar is synchronized with Exchange, and the Exchange Calendar will appear in the list of calendars.
Now changes in events in the user’s personal calendar are duplicated in Exchange, and vice versa:

By the same method, two-way synch of tasks can be set up.
Note: Tasks created before the configuration of synchronization of the intranet with Exchange will not be loaded.
Downloading contacts from the intranet to Exchange is done automatically. Changes in user profiles in the portal are displayed in their respective contact cards in Exchange.
Note: changes in the name or last name of the user in the intranet will result in the creation of a new contact in Exchange.
