Creating and editing an advertising contract - Bitrix Site Manager

Button	Description
Contracts	Opens a list of advertising contracts.
View contract CTR graph	Shows the contract CTR graph.
View contract settings	Displays the contract parameters.
Add new contract	Creates a new contract in this form.
Delete contract	Deletes the contract being edited. The default contract (with the ID of 1) cannot be deleted.

This form is used to create new and edit existing advertising contacts.

This tab contains main parameters responsible for the proper functioning of the contract.

Field	Description
Status	Indicates the contract status: - the contract is inactive; - the contract is active.
Created	The date and time when the record was created; a user who created the record.
Modified	The date and time when the record was last modified; a user who modified the record.
Active	The flag specifying the contract is active.
Banner show period	Range of dates during which the contract banners can be displayed. The contract becomes inactive after this period.
Sort order	The contract sort weight. Defines the position in lists.
Weight (priority)	The contract weight. Defines the probability of selecting this contract for the banner show.
Title	The title of the contract.
Description	The description of the contract.
Default state for new banners...	The default status assigned to all new banners. This status is also applied when the code or media of the contract banners change.
Number of contract banners	The table displaying the number of contract banners in their states.

These settings can be used to impose additional control over the display of the contract banners.

Field	Description
Sites	Select here sites which are allowed to show the contract banners.
Banner types	List of all the existing banner types. The selected types will be available for creating new banners.
Maximum allowable number of visitors to view the contract banners	Allows to limit the number of unique visitors to which the contract banners can be displayed. On reaching the value, the contract will become inactive.
Maximum allowable number of shows of the contract banners	Allows to limit the total number of the contract banner shows. On reaching the value, the contract will become inactive.
Maximum allowable number of clicks of all contract banners	Allows to limit the total number of clicks on the contract banners. On reaching the value, the contract will become inactive.
CTR (%)	The current click through ratio.
Banner show days and time	Hours and days of week when the banner is to be shown.

This tab contains options which allow additional control over impressions of the contract banners.

Field	Description
Sections and pages allowed to show the contract banners	You can specify here the names of section or pages on which the contract banners are only allowed to be displayed. Names can include parameters; each page should start from a new line.
Sections and pages disallowed to show the contract banners	The names of section or pages that must not show the contract banners. Names can include parameters; each page should start from the new line.
Keywords	Keywords for the contract banners. Banners will be shown much more frequently on pages that have these keywords.

This tab contains options with which you can control user permissions to access the contract banners and settings.

Field	Description
View	This permission allows a user to view the contract parameters, parameters of the contract banners, and the graphs and diagrams of the contract banners.
Manage banners	This permission allows a user to view the contract parameters and create, edit and delete the contract banners.
Edit user permissions	This permission allows a user to edit the contract title and description as well as assign the View and Manage banners permissions for this contract to other users.

Here you can type any comment to the contract.

Button	Description
Save	Saves changes. Returns to the list of contracts. Displayed when editing an existing contract.
Apply	Applies current changes. Editing continues.
Cancel	Dismisses recent changes. Editing continues.
