This form is used to create and modify form fields.

Opens a page containing the list of form fields. |

Opens a form in which you can create a new form field. The button is displayed when editing the existing field only. |
| Copy |
Duplicates the current field into a new one. The button is displayed when editing the existing field only. |

Deletes the current field. The button is displayed when editing the existing field only. |
| Statuses |
Opens a page containing the list of form statuses. |
| Questions |
Opens a page containing the list of form questions. |
| Results |
Opens a page containing the list of form results. |
"Properties" tab

The form to which the field belongs. |
| Modified |
The date the field was last modified. The field is displayed when editing the existing field only. |
| Active |
Specifies whether the field is active or not. |
| Sorting |
The field sort order. Defines the field position in the result table and in filter. |
| *Symbolic identifier |
The field symbolic code. Only Latin letters can be used here. |
| Field type |
Allows to store data in the specified format, and to select fields in filter:
- text - the single-line text field in filter;
- integer - the numeric in filter;
- date - the date range in filter.

"Results" tab
The tab serves to customise the
parameters of the field value
display.

"Filter" tab
This form serves to customise filter fields which will be used to search records by the field value.

The following
options are available in the
filter:
- single-line text field;
- range of numbers;
- range of dates;
- field exists.

"Comment" tab
This form allows to create the administrator's comment
to the field.
