  • This page contains the list of additional form fields. The form field implies the storage of various data, provided after the completed form is saved (after saving the result).

    Filter

    This form is used to find web form fields matching the specified criteria.

    FieldDescription
    Title* The field title.
    ID* The field ID.
    Active Specifies whether the field is active.
    Symbolic identifier* The symbolic identifier of the field.
    Comment* The administrator's comment.
    Included in result table Specifies whether to find only those field values that are displayed in the result table.
    Included to results table in Excel format Specifies whether to find only those field values that are displayed in the Excel result table.
    Included in filter of the result table Specifies whether to find only those field values that are included in the filter of the result table.
    Filter between-field logic Specifies the type of logic used when filtering the field values:
    • and: elements matching all criteria will be displayed;
    • or: elements matching at least one criteria will be displayed.

    * - in these fields, you can use special logical expressions.

    To filter fields by the specified search criteria, click Set filter. To show all fields, click Cancel.

    Context bar

    Button Description
    Add Creates a new field.
    Form parameters Opens a page in which you can edit web form parameters.
    Results Opens a page containing the list of web form results.
    Excel Exports data from the table to the MS Excel format.

    List of fields

    Column Description
    Checkbox column Selects fields to which the desired actions are to be applied.
    Action menu
    Actions on the field:
    • Question parameters - edits the field parameters;
    • Copy - duplicates the field into a new one;
    • Delete - deletes the field.
    ID The field ID.
    Active Specifies whether the field is active or not. If the field is inactive, it will not be available in the result table and in the filter of the result table.
    Sort. The field sort weight. Defines the field position in lists.
    Symbolic identifier The symbolic code of the field. Only Latin letters are possible here.
    Title The field title.
    Type The field type:
    • text - the field has the text value;
    • integer - the field has the integer numeric value;
    • date - the field has the date value.
    Comment The comment describing the field value meaning.
    Table Specifies the field is to be displayed in the result table.
    Excel Specifies the field is to be displayed in the Excel result table.

    How to create a field

    To create a new field, click the Add button on the context bar.

    How to modify a field

    To modify a field, click Question parameters in the Action menu of the corresponding field.
