  • This form is used to create and modify statuses.

    Context bar

    Button Description
    Statuses Opens a page containing the list of form statuses.
    New status Opens a page where you can create a new form status. The button is displayed when editing an existing status only.
    Copy Duplicates the current status into a new one. The button is displayed when editing an existing status only.
    Delete status Deletes the current status. The button is displayed when editing an existing status only.
    Questions Opens a page containing the list of form questions.
    Fields Opens a page containing the list of form fields.
    Results Opens a page containing the list of form results.

    Editing form

    Field Description
    Form The form with whose results this status is used.
    Modified The date and time when the status was last modified.
    Results in this status The number of results in the current status.
    Active Specifies whether the status is active or not.
    *Title The status title.
    Description The description of the status.
    Sorting The field sort order; can be used, in particular, when displaying the status drop-down list.
    Set this status to all new documents by default Check this field to assign the current status to all new documents, if no status is assigned to them.
    CSS class used to display the status title A CSS style class with which the status title is to be displayed. Can be used in the result table and while viewing or editing statuses using default.php templates.
    File handler called upon status change or result deletion Path to the file handler which is run when a status is changed.
    File handler called upon change in status to the current (or adding the result) Path to the file handler which is run when any status is replaced with the current one.

    "Access" tab

    This form serves for customising the user group permission to access results in the current status.

    Field Description
    Can assign this status to results [MOVE] The user groups whose members can assign the status being edited to the result. Also, you can assign this right to the result creator, individually. Users must have editing permissions.
    Can view results in this status [VIEW] The user groups whose members can view the result in the current status. Also, you can assign this right to a result creator, individually.
    Can edit results in this status [EDIT] The user groups whose members can edit results in the current status. Also, you can assign this right to a result creator, individually.
    Can delete results in this status [DELETE] The user groups whose members can delete results in the current status. Also, you can assign this right to the result creator, individually.

    Control buttons

    Button Description
    Add Saves the status parameters. Opens the page with the list of statuses.
    Apply Saves the status parameters. Editing continues.
    Cancel Cancels current changes and restores parameters to their original values.
