Setting up web form states

  1. Open the list of web forms (Services -> Web forms -> Manage Forms).
  2. Click the plus sign + in the Statuses column of the form to which you want to add a new status.

  3. Select the Active checkbox, if you want this state to be displayed in the public section of the site.
  4. Enter the state heading in the Heading field.
  5. Add a state description.
  6. Add the sort order (state display sequence in administrative section and in dropdown states list).
  7. Specify text style for the state heading in the CSS style for the status heading field (for example, in the result table, when displaying or viewing the state by means of default.php type templates).


  8. Specify the user groups, which can assign results to the current state. These users can assign the current state to the result. You can also separately assign this right for the result author. For users to take advantage of this right, they must have the right for editing the result.
  9. Specify the user groups that have the right to view the result in the current state. Members of these groups can view the result in the current state. You can separately assign this right for the result author.
  10. Specify the user groups who will have the right to edit a result in the current state. You can separately assign this right for the result author.
  11. Specify the user groups who will have the right to delete results in the current state. You can separately assign this right for the result author.
  12. To add a new state, click the Add button.
