The Mail boxes form displays your e-mail accounts used to send and receive e-mail messages.

Filter

A filter is used to define the selection parameters of the E-Mail accounts to be displayed in the list. The filter fields are described in the table below.

Field Description
Name Allows to select accounts whose names contain text entered in this field.
ID The ID of the sought mail box.
Act. Displays all mail boxes, only active or non-active ones.
Site The site on which the sought box is active.

Click Set filter to activate the filter. To display all information, click Cancel.

Button Description
Add Opens a form in which you can create a new mailbox.  
Excel Exports data from the table to the MS Excel format.

List of mail boxes

Field Description
Checkbox column Used to select mailboxes to which the desired actions are to be applied. Available rules and actions can be found in the action bar below the table.
Action menu
Clicking the action button of any mailbox opens a menu allowing to:
  • Rules - display rules applicable to this mailbos;
  • Add rule - add a new rule that can be applied to this mailbox;
  • Log - view event log of this mailbox;
  • Messages - view all messages in this mailbox;
  • Edit - edit mail account parameters;
  • Delete - delete the mailbox.
ID The ID of a mailbox in the database.
Modified The date the mailbox parameters was last modified.
Name The name of the mailbox and link to editing its parameters.
Act. The mailbox activity checkbox.
Site The site on which this mailbox is active.

How to add a mail box

To create a new mail box, click the Add button. Set the parameters of a new e-mail account in the mailbox properties form.

How to edit the mail box parameters

To modify the mailbox parameters, double- click a row of the desired mailbox.
