Creating and editing an account

  • This form is used to create and edit the internal user accounts.

    Context bar

    Button Description
    Accounts Opens a form containing a list of internal user accounts.
    Create a new account Creates a new account in this form.
    Delete Deletes the current account.

    Form

    Field Description
    ID The ID of the account in the system.
    Last modification date The date the account was last edited.
    User The ID of a user who owns the account. When creating a new account, you can select the user ID from the list by clicking [...].
    Account amount Specify here the amount of the account, and the currency of the amount.
    Notes An arbitrary comment to the account.
    Reason to change the amount Specify here the description why the amount is being changed.

    Controls

    Button Description
    Add Saves the new account and switches to the list of internal user accounts. Displayed when creating a new account.
    Save Applies changes performed on this page and switches to the list of internal user accounts. Displayed when editing an existing account.
    Apply Applies changes performed on this page without switching to the list of internal user accounts.
    Reset Cancels current changes and restores parameters to their original values.
