  • This page displays site visitors.

    Filter

    ParameterDescription
    ID, login, name, last name* The login, name or last name or ID of the required registered user.
    Visitor ID* The ID of the required site visitor.
    Registered Specifies to display registered or unregistered or all users.
    UserAgent* This field allows to filter out visitors according to browsers they used to view the site.
    IP address* Finds visitors by the IP address of their last session.
    Languages* Finds visitors by languages installed in their browsers.
    Country* Specifies to select visitors from specific countries (resolved as per IP address).
    First visit date Finds visitors by the date of the first visit.
    Visit date Specifies to find visitors by the range of dates of visits. Please note that the session tables are used for this kind of search, so the required data may have been cleared.
    Last visit date Finds visitors by the date of the last visit.
    Page* Specifies to find visitors by:
    • the site;
    • first pages of the first entry;
    • last pages of the last entry.
    Additionally, you can specify how to display false requests (error 404): with other requests, only false requests or all pages except false requests.
    Advertising campaign visitors This flag allows to filter out visitors who entered the site under the advertising campaign on their first or last visit.
    Advertising campaign ID* Filters visitors by the ID of the advertising campaign of the first or last visit.
    referer1 / referer2* Identifiers of the advertising campaign of the first or last visit, respectively.
    referer3* Auxiliary parameter of the advertising campaign.
    Events Finds visitors by the range of number of events they initiated.
    Sessions Same as above, but for sessions.
    Hits Same as above, but for hits.
    Added to favorites This flag allows to filter out visitors who did or did not add the site to favorites.
    Filter between-field logic Defines how the search is performed:
    • "and" - display records satisfying all criteria;
    • "or" - display records satisfying at least one criteria.

    * - These fields allow using Boolean expressions. You can get information on the syntax by clicking on the symbol "?" next to the field. For exact matching searches using this field, mark the corresponding checkbox.

    Click Set filter to activate the filter. To display all information, click Cancel.

    Button Description
    Excel Exports data from the table to the MS Excel format.

    Action menu
    Clicking the action button of any visitor opens a menu allowing to:
    • Details - opens a separate window displaying the detailed information about the visitor.
    ID The visitor ID. If the ID is in red, this is your ID.
    Visitor Information about the registered visitor: [ID] (login) Name LastName. Link on [ID] opens the user editor.
    Sessions Number of visitor sessions (entries to the site). If 1, this is the first visit; otherwise, the visitor is considered to be returned. The link opens the list of sessions with the filter set to the ID of the visitor (not user).
    Events Number of events initiated by this visitor. The link opens the list of events with the filter set to the ID of the visitor.
    Hits Number of hits (pageloads) made by this visitor. The link opens the list of hits with the filter set to the ID of the visitor.
    First visit The date and time of the first visit.
    Last visit The date and time of the last visit.
    IP The visitor IP address. The link starts the whois lookup service (http://www.whois.sc/IP).
    Country The country of the visitor.

    Visitor details

    A new window with this report is opened if you select the Details command in the action menu of a visitor.

    SessionsNumber of sessions opened by the visitor.
    EventsNumber of events initiated by the visitor.
    HitsNumber of pages that the visitor viewed.
    First visit
    DateThe date and time the first session took place.
    Session IDThe ID of the first session.
    HitsNumber of pages viewed by the visitor during the first session.
    TimeDuration of the first session.
    FromThe referring page of the first session.
    ToThe page on this site first entered by the visitor at the time the first session started.
    Advertising campaignIf the first session was initiated by an advertising campaign click, this field displays details on this advertising campaign: [ID] referer1 / referer2 / referer3
    Last visit
    DateThe date and time of the last session of the visitor.
    Session IDThe ID of the last session.
    HitsNumber of pages that the visitor had viewed during the last session.
    TimeDuration of the last session.
    UserRegistration information of the visitor at the time of the last session.
    LastThe last viewed page.
    IP (host)The IP address of the visitor and the resolved host name.
    CountryCountry of the visitor (determined by the IP address of the visitor)
    UserAgentThe UserAgent of the visitor browser.
    Advertising campaignThe advertising campaign at the time the last direct visit.
    LanguagesLanguages installed in the browser of the visitor.
    CookieContents of the cookie file of the visitor at the time of the last hit.
