Search keywords

This page displays information on search keywords and phrases used by visitors to find your site from external search engines (SE), and to find pages on your site using the internal search.

Filter

ParameterDescription
Search keyword Specifies the mask of the search phrase to be found.
ID* The ID of the required database record containing information on the search phrase.
Search engine* Finds the required SE by its name or ID. Alternatively, you can select SE from the drop-down list of the registered search engines.
Date The date the search phrase was enrolled in the database.
To* Specifies the mask of the page which a visitor entered as the result of the search query and the subsequent click. If applied to the internal search engine, this is the last page viewed according to the search results. Additionally, you can specify:
  • the site to which a visitor came;
  • method to display false requests (error 404): with other pages, only false requests or all pages except false requests.
Referrer ID* Search by the ID of the referring sites.
Session ID* Search by the ID of the session during which the phrase was enrolled in the database.

* - These fields allow using Boolean expressions. You can get information on the syntax by clicking on the symbol "?" next to the field. For exact searches using this field, mark the corresponding checkbox.

Click Set filter to activate the filter and build graphs. To display all information, click Cancel.

  1. The search keyword jump ID.
  2. The search phrase.
  3. The ID and name of the search engine. For the internal site search - <internal>. Link on the ID opens a list of search engines with the filter set to this search engine. Link on the name of the SE groups the current form by search phrases of this SE.
  4. The date the search phrase was added to the database.
  5. The site alias and the target page URL. Link on the site alias opens the site settings form. Link on the page URL opens this page for view.
  6. The ID in the table of the referring sites. Link on the ID opens a list of referring sites with the filter set to this sites.
  7. The ID of the session during which the search phrase was added to the database.
  8. Number of phrases selected from the database.
