Control buttons

This form is used to create and edit a single subscriber. Depending on whether you create a new subscriber or edit the existing one, some fields can be present on the form or not.

With this form, you can do the following:

• create a new or change the existing subscriber;
• select the subscribers to receive newsletter issues;
• select the site users to receive newsletter issues;
• add the subscriber's addresses;
• edit the subscriber's parameters;
• send a newsletter issue to subscribers.

Context bar

Button	Description
List	Opens a report form containing information about newsletter subscribers.
Add	Creates a new subscriber.
Delete	Deletes the current subscriber.

"Subscriber" tab

Field	Description
Created	The date the record was added to the database. This field is displayed only when editing the existing subscriber's information.
Modified	The date the subscriber's information was last modified. This field is displayed only when editing the existing subscriber's information.
Subscription confirmed	This checkbox defines whether the subscriber confirms his/her desire to receive newsletters or not.
Subscription confirmation code	The code sent to the subscriber to confirm his desire to receive newsletters. This field is displayed only when editing the existing subscriber's information.
Date of confirmation code generation	The date and time the subscription activation code was generated. This field is displayed only when editing the existing subscriber's information.
Anonymous subscriber	The checkbox defines the subscriber's anonymous status (an anonymous subscriber is not registered on the site).
User (ID)	The ID of a user registered on the site.
Subscription active	The subscription activity status. If the subscription is active, newsletters issues are sent to the subscriber. Otherwise, the subscription is locked.
E-Mail	The subscriber's e-mail address to which newsletter issues are sent.
Send a confirmation code to subscriber...	With this checkbox selected, the subscription confirmation code is sent to the subscriber's address after adding or changing this address.
Send message based on a template of the site	Select site whose template will be used to create and send e-mail messages.

"Subscriptions" tab

Field	Description
Format	Format in which this subscriber receives messages.
Newsletter topics	The newsletter topics whose issues the subscriber is to receive (that is, topics to which the e-mail address is subscribed).

Control buttons

Button	Description
Creating a new subscriber
Add	Adds the new subscriber into the database and goes to the list of subscribers.
Apply	Saves the subscriber's settings. Editing is continued.
Cancel	Closes the subscriber editing form without save.
Editing the existing subscriber
Save	Saves the subscriber's settings and goes to the list of subscribers.
Apply	Saves the subscriber's settings. Editing is continued.
Cancel	Closes the subscriber editing form without save.
