This form is intended for setting the parameters of the existing or the newly created users.
|List of users||Opens a page containing the list of users.|
|Create new user||Creates a new user in this form. The button is displayed when editing the existing user only.|
|Copy user||Duplicates the current user.|
|Delete user||Deletes the current user.|
All the user parameters are logically grouped and placed in corresponding tabs.
This tab is used to specify the user parameters.
|Last update||Contains the date and time when the user was last modified. The field is displayed when editing the existing user.|
|Last authorised||Date and time when the current user was last authorised (logged on to the system). The field is displayed when editing the user.|
|Active||Specifies whether the user is active or not. Inactive users cannot log on to the system using their account information.|
|Name||The user's first name.|
|Last name||The user's last name.|
|The user's e-mail address to which all site notifications will be sent. This field is required.|
|*Login (min. 3 characters)||The user login required to log on to the system. This field is required.|
|New password (min. 6 characters)||This field can be used to change the current password of the user. Confirm the new password in the next field if you modify it.|
|Confirm new password||This field is used to confirm the new password. The contents of the field should be exactly the same as in the previous field.|
|Default site for notifications||The site whose text resources (templates) will be used to notify the user about changes.|
|Notify user||With this checkbox selected, click Save to notify the user about the new changes.|
This tab specifies the list of groups whose member the current user is, and the duration of membership.
|User group membership checkboxes||If a checkbox of a user group is marked, the user is a member of the corresponding user group.|
|Groups||This section is used to select groups to which the user is to be
added. For each group, you can specify the period of time for which the
user is added to the respective group.
Specify only the from date if a user is to be added for an unlimited period.
For example, if you want to grant an access to a private forum to a user for 1 month, you should do the following:

|Job title||These optional fields contain information about the user.|
|Country||Optional postal address.|
This tab specifies information about the user's work.
|Company name||These optional fields contain information about the user's work.|
|Country||Optional postal address of the user's work.|
This tab specifies the user's profile parameters for use with the forum.
|Posting allowed||With this checkbox selected, the user can create messages (and reply) in the forum.|
|Show name||If this checkbox is selected, the forum displays the user's name.|
|Description||Short comment (couple of words) displayed in the forum.|
|Interests||The user's hobby and interests.|
|Signature||The user's signature to be added to all messages.|
|Avatar||The user picture displayed in the forum. Maximum allowed avatar size is specified in the Forum module settings.|
|Administrator notes||Arbitrary comments of the site administrator.|
|Save||Saves the user parameters. Opens the page with the list of users.|
|Apply||Saves the user parameters. Editing continues.|
|Cancel||Cancels current changes and restores parameters to their original values.|
