List of questions

This form is used to view the list of questions and perform various operations on them.

Filter

To display only the required questions, set the filters according to the search criteria. The following table describes the filter fields.

Question* The text of a required question.
ID* The ID of a required question.
Active Specifies to find only active questions.
Displayed in a diagram Specifies to find only questions included in the diagram, not included or all.

* - in these fields, you can use special logical expressions.

Click Set filter to activate the filter. To display all information, click Cancel.

Button Description
Create Creates a new question in this poll.
Excel Exports data from the table to the MS Excel format.

  1. Used to select questions to which the desired actions are to be applied. Available rules and actions can be found in the action bar below the table.
  2. Clicking the action button of any question opens a menu allowing to:
    • Edit - starts editing the question;
    • Delete - deletes the question.
  3. The ID of the question in the database.
  4. The date the question was last modified.
  5. Indicates the question is active.
  6. Indicates the question is included in the diagram of poll results.
  7. The question sorting index.
  8. The question text.
  9. Number of questions selected from the database.
  10. Number of questions marked in [1].

Possible actions

The action bar contains commands that can be applied to one or more questions. Mark the required questions in the list and select the desired action:

Activate
Moves the selected questions to the active state.
Deactivate
Moves the selected questions to the inactive state.
