Prior to establishing Bitrix, Dmitry played key roles in the development of a number of well-known web projects in Russia, including the country's most popular online job search service and Softkey - one of the largest European online software marketplaces. Dmitry holds a M.S. in Computer Science, lives with his wife and two children. |

Sergey Rizhikov Sergey is one of the co-founders of the company and played the leading role in transforming a minor visionary software development company into a well-known international vendor with an established reputation and installed base.. As CEO, he oversees the company's strategic development, finances, planning and implementation. Earlier in his career, Sergey took part in the development of large-scale billing and e-commerce projects, including Softkey - one of the largest European online software marketplaces currently offering 15,000+ products in 10 countries. He also headed the Internet technologies department of a major Russian bank. Thanks to Sergey's active social responsibility approach, the company supports a number of social projects, non-commercial professional communities, open competitions, and specialized conferences. He has an M.S. in Computer Science. |

Denis Zenkin Denis joined Bitrix to lead the company’s global marketing, create marketing fundamental values and promote the company on the international level as a technology trendsetter in the fast-growing business communications market. He is also responsible for product marketing, marketing communications, market research, demand generation and strategic partnerships. Prior to Bitrix, Denis held executive positions as Head of Corporate Communications in Kaspersky Lab, Marketing Director of InfoWatch and Marketing Director of Perimetrix, both leading software developers in the IT security field. Thanks to his efforts, the companies steadily and efficiently reached positions in the market as indisputable leaders. Denis is also a partner in a private consulting firm. He holds an M.S. in Economics from Russian Economics Academy and Ph.D. in Marketing from the Russian Diplomatic Academy. Denis is married, has two sons, and enjoys diving and travelling. |

Nikolay Vasiliev Nikolay is responsible for further development of the company’s partner network and maximizing partner sales. Prior to joining Bitrix, Nikolay held sales executive positions in Agnitum, a network security solutions vendor; PROMT, automated translations solutions vendor; and the Speech Technology Center, a leader in voice processing technology. Mr. Vasiliev has mainly been involved in developing and implementing international business development strategies, launching new territories from scratch, coordinating global activities and product development from commercial perspective confirming his status as a great team player and charismatic leader. Nikolay graduated from Saint-Petersburg State Technical University with an MSc in international management. He works at the Bitrix research and development office and lives in Kaliningrad with his wife and son. |

Konstantin Konkov Konstantin Konkov is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of the company’s business. He has almost 20 years experience in financial management and accounting and is widely recognized as one of the top professionals in Russia with strong focus on the international software market. Mr. Konkov is a member of the Audit Chamber of Russia with auditor qualification certificate and holds the ‘Best accountant of Russia 2003’ title. As an active an in-demand educator, He currently lectures on taxation, accounting and financial management in a number of governmental and private establishments including Baltic Institute of Economics and Finance, Kaliningrad State Technical University and Gazprom Training Centre. Prior to joining Bitrix, Konstantin held executive positions in a number of companies, governing financial management, developing and implementing accounting procedures. He also possesses great experience in comprehensive financial auditing in various business sectors including IT. He holds M.Sc. degree in accounting, analysis and auditing from Kaliningrad State Technical University. |

Vadim Dumbravanu As a key member of the executive team and co-founder, Vadim has found his mission in product development, project management and quality assurance. Leading the team of Bitrix developers, he is responsible for delivering ready-made solutions suitable for immediate deployment and use in customers' environments. Vadim brought to the company his 20-year experience in product development and project management. Prior to Bitrix, he was involved in launching comprehensive web-based projects in a major Russian retail bank. Vadim holds an M.S. in Computer Science, married and has three children. |

Yury Tushinsky Yury is one of the co-founders of the company and heads Bitrix technology design. He is the company's chief platform architect and is responsible for core technology planning and development, its quality assurance, interaction with product development and non-technical departments. Prior to Bitrix, Yury was a private software developer. He holds an M.S. in Applied Mathematics, is married and has two children. |

Alexey Sidorenko Alexey is responsible for strategic development of sales channels, continuous improvement of partner network, key corporate accounts and sales opportunities research in Russia and CIS. Thanks to his 15+ years of business development experience and deep knowledge of the local market, Bitrix Russia has demonstrated explosive growth over the past years. Prior to joining Bitrix, Alexey led a major Russian web-development company, transforming a start-up firm into a well-known and well-established business. Alexey is a frequent speaker in CMS/ECM-related conferences and delivers lectures about best practices for web development. He holds an M.S. in Physics and enjoys alpine skiing. Nikolai Zotow Nikolai Zotow is in charge of development and constant improvement of Bitrix communications with media and target audiences in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to increase the company’s visibility in the regional market. Mr. Zotow has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector with professional records as a Product Manager at CompuServe, Sales and Marketing Manager at Logitech building the company’s market presence in Eastern Europe, and Marketing Director at Tiroler Wasserkraft. For the past years he concentrated on the freelance journalistic job for a major German publication dedicated to professional IT users. Mr. Zotow has graduated from the Strasbourg Technology Institute, speaks German, English, French and Russian and is based in Munich. |
