Beta Version
Enabling Beta Testing Mode
All software updates are preceded by beta testing. Only when all updates have been tested, a stable version is released. A beta version - usually stable and reliable - contains the latest available software updates, but still requires additional testing.
Allowing Beta Version
During beta testing of a new product version, all our users have the opportunity to become beta testers and to inform our developers of unstable modules. By default, the Bitrix Site Manager ASP.NET settings allow only stable updates. If you decide to take part in beta testing, switch on the “Install Stable Versions Only” option on the “Update System Settings” page of your admin panel.
