Mail

This module executes functions involved in receiving mail messages using the POP3 protocol, performing its actions according to defined rules. The standard package includes a rule for dispatching e-mail messages to the technical support service. To protect the system against spam, a special algorithm is developed based on the Bayes principles.

The Mail module allows you to:

Mailbox settings

Create email accounts in the system
Receive messages
Mark messages as SPAM and delete them
Set up rules for received messages

Note: using the Mail module you cannot create mail services like Gmail, YahooMail, Hotmail, etc.

Details

With the Mail module, you can:

create and support an unlimited number of e-mail accounts in the system;
receive messages, optionally deleting or leaving them on a mail server;
check for new messages at a specified time interval;
set the limit of messages received from the mail server during a single connection session (residuary messages will be received in the next session);
store all mail messages;
process messages (view messages and attachments; apply rules etc.);
create and apply rules to incoming messages in both automated and manual modes;
configure e-mail rules;
take advantage of the self-training spam filtering system;
log the Mail module events (incoming and outgoing requests and replies; application of rules and actions).
