Media Player features include:

  • The Media Player allows embedding video streams from video sharing sites; the video source can be any URL including links from YouTube.
  • To protect copyrights, can be added a watermark layer over the demonstrated video clip.
  • For site visitors who don’t have an opportunity to view video online, it is possible to make the videos downloadable: download links for the video clip can be displayed on a site page.
  • Using the Media Player in Bitrix Site Manager, it is possible to assign new skins to customize the player to the site layout. The skins can be designed in Adobe Flash, an overview tutorial on how to create skins for the Media Player can be found here.
