Details
With this module, you can:
  • create an unlimited number of web forms of different types, e.g. surveys, registration forms, comment forms, request forms etc.;
  • obtain, process and store the web form submissions;
  • export obtained data in Excel format;
  • create an unlimited number of questions and possible answers in forms;
  • set the "required" option for questions;
  • create questions in both HTML and text format;
  • use a variety of field types for answers (single line text; multiline text; multiple/single selection lists; set of radio/check buttons etc.);
  • take advantage of visual components in the HTML editor: (to display forms; to display results; to print results etc.);
  • customize the form appearance using API's;
  • assign a set of statuses to a form and apply workflow functions to each submission (e.g. New, Published, Draft etc.);
  • assign a default status to all new submission;
  • select a status change handler;
  • send form submissions via the e-mail;
  • assign user access permissions to forms and form submissions:
    • deny – form and its submissions are inaccessible;
    • form fill – a user can only fill out and save the form;
    • modify own submission according to status – user can work only with his own submission, and only while the status assigned to the submission allows changes;
    • modify all submission according status – user can work with all submissions whose status categories are within the user’s access permissions;
    • view form settings – a user can view the form parameters;
    • full access – implies all the above permissions and allows editing of the form settings;
  • use text from submissions in result table filters;
  • use the module API's to customize the results display in the public section;
  • use the Statistics module to analyze the dynamics of visitors who submit forms including their other actions on the site and tabulating a record of submissions as events;
  • sell products and services by passing information from submissions to the e-Store module;
  • assign access permissions to the administrative section of the module.
