Back end (control panel)

The Control Panel interface manages all the system settings, individual modules and the portal content.

Control Panel allows a long list of activities. Some of the major ones are:

• configuring system settings;
• uploading and installing system updates;
• configuring the parameters of individual modules;
• managing users and user groups;
• creation of new portal sections, pages, forms, templates, and much more;
• configuring access permissions to the portal pages and sections;
• performing the portal management related actions;
• export of dynamic content to Excel;
• setting of security levels;
• analysis of intranet use such as search and pages viewed.
