Web-It! Notes

Web-It! Notes are an excellent tool that make daily collaboration easier for web development teams, let clients or supervisors mark what they do and don't like, and help content managers finalize texts or web pages.

Despite the amazing collaboration opportunities provided by online environments, there are still situations where it is very hard to make a specific comment about a specific thing in a specific place in your web project. Now you can enter a Web-It! note on a web page the way you would leave a message on a yellow 'sticky' note attached to a real object like a fridge, book, door etc.

Web-it in use

Using a Web-It! is even easier than using paper. Coordinating work really becomes much easier; for example, a Web-It! can provide a direct link for the user who needs to fulfill the request in the note. Additionally, following the link in the Web-It!, the browser will scroll to the point in the page relevant to the comment. The link in the Web-It! can be copied using its ID number or from a list of all notes in the "Page" column.

Settings for Web-Its can be configured in the Control Panel. It is possible to choose the default size of new Web-It!, hide the lower section, or remove all the notes on a website in a single action. Access permissions to Web-It! notes are assigned in the same way as permissions to pages and sections.
