Idea Management
The Idea Management service capitalizes on the creative potential of all the employees of the company. Any employee can utilize this feature to express an idea to improve operations and let colleagues evaluate the idea. All votes, whether 'yea' or 'nay' (i.e. '+' or '-'), are counted and a rating is calculated from the voting.
