This tool lets you schedule usage of conference rooms or other resources. Simply double-click a time slot and fill in the details of the meeting. Rooms are displayed with characteristics such as location and total seating.
Meeting room schedules also appear in the Event Scheduler, which is accessible from any calendar, so not only employee schedules can be coordinated for meetings, but rooms as well. This very simple tool is one of the most widely used in any intranet.
