Workgroups

Unite any set of employees or users into workgroups using this very flexible tool. Collaboration is greatly enhanced with the tools provided in a workgroup. Each group has its own forum, file storage, tasks, photo gallery, records management section wiki, and more. Everything needed to plan, track and fulfill projects is available within a workgroup.

Group functions include:

• unite small teams or departments in a secure and convenient area;
• create any number of workgroups;
• allow rights to create groups to all applicable users;
• create any number of closed or open groups;
• group moderators control membership and usage terms;
