Microblogging

Microblogging serves to exchange messages among employees in a Twitter-like format. Each message is limited to 255 characters. All messages appear in the Activity Stream of the intranet. The microblog feature is available not only to each user, but each workgroup has its own microblog, also. A new microblog can be posted from the Activity Stream page, without the need to open the user’s profile.
