Send&Save Email integration

Send&Save technology lets email communications among users to be saved in the intranet and archived by topic as well as indexed by the search module. This occurs inside the framework of workgroups and not only helps to save important contacts, data, and discussions, but also protects the company from loss of information trails. Two-way exchange of data (receiving and sending email) is possible through the built-in SMTP server, or alternatively through a POP3 mailbox.

In practice, this feature tends to be used in both ‘regular’ workgroups and in special-purpose workgroups that are set up exclusively for storing such exchanges.
