Any information about company structure and employees, encompassing who is head of what department, birthdays, or anything else, can easily be found and displayed in the intranet.
Employee search can be performed by name, email, telephone number, department or sub-department, and results can be further filtered by parameters like my office, online, or letter of the alphabet. Search results provide full employee profile information and means of contact. A complete or filtered list of search results can be exported to Excel. The full list of contacts themselves can be exported to Outlook or via CardDAV to mobile devices.

The telephone directory lets you find numbers of coworkers quickly. Search is fully enabled so that a first name, part of the number, email or department are all enough to locate the needed party. By selecting my office or online, the number of results can be significantly reduced. The results, or the entire directory, can be exported to Excel. Bitrix24 allows you to customize your corporate structure the way you want! The company structure is displayed hierarchically, and it can be represented visually on a separate web page for everyone’s convenience.

Changes can be made with the simple drag-and-drop interface. Move employees or departments around to wherever they should be. All actions (except deletion of a department) can be undone.
Any form in the intranet which displays an employee picture or name has a convenient tooltip that appears when the cursor hovers on the name and shows extra information, links to the employee’s profile, and provides the option to begin an instant message.
