Integration with Google and Apple Products

Bitrix24 integrates with Google and Apple products through its support of CalDAV and CardDAV formats.

Integration with Apple products includes calendaring with devices using Mac OS X, iPad, and iPhone with two-way data exchange and importing of contacts from the intranet.

The support of CalDAV and CardDAV is one of the most important pillars of Bitrix24's move to mobile. This is not just a two-way data exchange between the intranet and iPad or iPhones, it is a true two-way sync, that lets the mobile device and the intranet 'negotiate' between each other to make the changes to the calendars and contacts present in one device visible in the other.

This feature also allows work as a CalDAV and CardDAV server (export) or as a client (display of external calendars). So as a server, CalDAV lets intranet calendars be displayed on mobile devices; CardDAV shows contacts. As a client, CalDAV lets you create a new calendar in your own profile in the intranet and integrate it with, for example, a Google calendar (or any calendar which supports CalDAV).

You can synchronize any calendars in the intranet in a similar manner: your personal calendars, those of co-workers, or company calendars. Simply go to the page where the calendar is displayed and choose the relevant actions from the menu to launch the synchronization process.
