The MS Exchange Server 2007/2010 Connector serves to synchronize calendars, tasks and contacts in the intranet from MS Exchange Server:

uploading calendars – all calendars in MS Exchanger Server are imported into the intranet and accessible for modification;
two-way synchronization of tasks (changes made in either direction);
download of contacts from the intranet to MS Exchange (and to other devices from there).
