Friends

Establishing good rapport with your colleagues is very important. Make friends at work and invite people with common interests to your personal web page in the intranet. When a friend posts a video, photo, or makes a comment, or makes another friend, you will know about it immediately.

If you no longer wish to be contact by someone, you can ban this person from contacting you or visiting your page.

• the Friends feature can be disabled entirely, and is disabled by default;
• any user can be invited to join a list of friends;
• invitations can be accepted or declined;
• a friends list with photos appears on each user’s personal page;
• friends can be contacted directly from the friends list via IM, email, etc.;
• the intranet’s activity stream will keep you informed of friends’ activities in real time.
