Bitrix Intranet Portal Version 8.0 has its own internal XMPP / JABBER-server! This is the world's first XMPP server developed in PHP! Completed, tested and ready to go.

Now Bitrix Intranet portal is equipped with universal instant messaging and presence-tracking technology, which allows your employees to communicate more efficiently and receive information and services wherever they are, and whatever instant messengers they use, because the XMPP-server runs on different platforms and supports SSL and file sharing.

Your company contact list will be generated automatically. Company structure will be uploaded with the list of employees and groups of each departments or branch. If your messenger supports nested groups, these groups will be created as well.

    Two-way integration with Outlook


    Bitrix Intranet Portal Version 8 has complete two-way synchronization with Microsoft Outlook contacts, calendars and task.

    You don’t have to check if your data is up-to-date, even though some users schedule meetings from Bitrix Intranet Portal while others do so from Outlook. When you manage activities in Outlook, they automatically added, in full, to Bitrix Intranet Portal and vice versa. As a result, you avoid duplication of information and can continue working as usual.
