Just got the latest update today and lost an "important column" from CRM sales funnel

Tahir Moosa User Posts: 187 Joined: 01/13/2012	#1 05/24/2012 19:42:08 Hi, Before update there was a column of "Amount" in sales funnel which not there anymore in the latest update, Although there is multiple reports added which is great but we were using the funnel most of the time and realy like its visual re-presentation of the data. Any idea advice how can we add or get this column again?

Anna Slyshkina Administrator Posts: 619 Joined: 03/13/2008	#3 05/25/2012 10:54:26 If you added currencies different from EUR, USD, RUB to CRM, you should add them also to the Desktop>Settings>Currency>Currencies and contact our Helpdesk to convert leads and deals to work properly. If you don't have another currencies - the CRM entities conversion is not needed.
