Since last week there we are having an strange error.
Just to cross check the usage of "Breaks" in Time management module, We Turned off the "Breaks" and found out if user do clock out on bitrix then their status in work tool menu become "Work Day Finish".
So this unchecked doesn't suite our need so we "checked" the "breaks" in Worktime magament module.
But since then if any user forget to close the day, next day in time tracker out entry shoe "Expired" in red color
where as usually its use to be "Not closed"
Please advice why its happening and how to resolve ... We are having "Expired" status now.
