We followed the Alex tutorial for creating a BP for such task.
But in this case the data is only visible for the first time when user receive the notification, In case he want to see the detail then there is no option even user has access to the log.
We want,
I also tried to explore this through webform but i did not find out that webform have IM notification functionality.
Please advice how to do this.

We want,
- Head of Department fill this form with few basic entries (rest of the entries needs to be filled by project lead).
- Project lead get the IM notification, access the form and fill rest of the entries and send it to the selected team members and Team Member get the IM notification of a "new Project".
- later on any user / team member can see the form and provided project detail on main site.
