Hello,
I need to send email to user's department head for every status change of webform result.
as of now in bitrix when we change webform status that notification mail sent to user or specific people which image i attached in this post.
however i need to sent email to user's department head which users belongs to particular department that department head got that stats change email too.
Please advice how we dynamically configure department head email for status change mail.
