Bitrix Intranet Portal implements special interface providing for confidential communication with the third parties (partners, clients, contractors etc.) by accessing the portal via the Internet.

This mechanism is based upon the Extranet module, which is included in two senior editions: Bitrix Intranet Portal: Extranet and Bitrix Intranet Portal: Enterprise. There is no restriction on the number of external users, irrespective of the number of licenses purchased.
